Bo&Co syrups contain organic cane sugar. Cane sugar is less processed than white sugar and retains a small part of its natural minerals. It also gives a rounder, softer sweetness that complements the pure taste of our fruit and botanicals.
Bo&Co syrups are suitable for lemonades, cocktails and mocktails, coffee and tea, desserts and patisserie, and culinary applications in the kitchen. One 500 ml bottle yields approximately 4.5 litres of drink (1:8).
The range consists of: Raspberry, Elderflower, Lemon, Strawberry, Lemongrass–Ginger. Bo&Co aims to add a new flavour to the range each year.
Bo&Co primarily focuses on syrups but is also working on additions to the beverage assortment.

Our syrups are pasteurised. This is a traditional preservation method in which the syrup is briefly heated and then hot-filled into the bottles.
