Bo&Co Drinks delivers to consumers in the Netherlands and various European countries. Available shipping methods, delivery times and shipping costs are automatically displayed during checkout based on the delivery address provided.
For orders within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €6.95 for orders below €50.00. Orders of €50.00 or more qualify for free shipping. Different shipping rates apply to other countries and are displayed during checkout.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. Delivery times for other European countries vary depending on destination and carrier.
Orders are shipped via PostNL or another carrier selected by Bo&Co. Once shipped, customers will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
If an order arrives damaged, or if tracking indicates delivery but the order has not been received, customers must contact info@bocodrinks.com within 5 business days.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, customers must send a clear statement to info@bocodrinks.com.
If the customer withdraws from the purchase, all payments received, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. Bo&Co may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.
Products must be returned no later than 14 days after notifying Bo&Co of the withdrawal.

The direct cost of returning goods is borne by the customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or goods that have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery. Bo&Co syrups are food products. If a bottle has been opened or its seal broken, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
If a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, customers must contact info@bocodrinks.com within 14 days. Bo&Co will arrange replacement or reimbursement.
Complaints can be submitted via info@bocodrinks.com. Bo&Co aims to respond substantively within 5 business days.
